If you have an appointment with us, please remember to:

• Arrive 10 minutes before agreed appointment time.
  
  
• Bring a vaccination history; this can usually be obtained from your GP.
  
  
• Bring information regarding any medical history, or medication you may be taking.
  
  
• Wear loose fitting clothing that allows access to the upper arms
  
  
• Allow up to half an hour for your appointment
